"Atlas" proved that Battles head-trip tunes could twist themselves into anthemic psycho-rock and "Tonto"is yeat another notch in that belt. As melodic as it is unnhinged, the mountainous "Tonto'" is remixed here by Four Tet and The Field. while album favorite, "Leyendecker" gets the hip-hop treatment with Dr. Dre protege Joel Ortiz on the mic. Also included are live versions from this year's Fuji Rock Festival.
